Olivia Moreau has around ten years of experience in the Chemistry sector (Mettler-Toledo).
In July 2021, she joined Conformat as Account Manager. She is responsible for responding to customer issues and building their projects in accordance with their needs.
She places customer satisfaction at the heart of her priorities.
What is the first thing you do when you arrive at work in the morning ?
I turn on my computer and go join my colleagues for a coffee. It’s important to start the day with moments of conviviality.
Can you give us your definition of ultraclean ?
It’s cleaning something that’s already clean. It means having a requirement for the solutions implemented, but also the right actions for their proper use. This ensures the security of our customers' processes and products.
Each level of requirements is defined according to the customer's constraints and needs. Ultra cleanliness can therefore have several meanings depending on the frame of reference in which we place ourselves.
What aspect do you like most about your job ?
The specificity of my position is undeniably the human aspect. These are encounters, constant exchanges. This is my fuel. I like to know the history of my interlocutors, their professions, their problems... I draw on their knowledge. It is in the notion of sharing that the richness of my position lies.
What would you say about Conformat to friends and family who would like to join the company ?
The team dynamic is incredible. There is a beautiful mix between kindness, trust, and solidarity, it makes you want to take on all the challenges. As soon as you join the company, you feel this synergy between the teams to move forward, together, in the same direction. This is the culture of Conformat.
Do you have a professional, unusual or surprising anecdote ?
When each new arrival within Conformat, we are asked to introduce ourselves in an original way to our new colleagues. For my part, I took a photo quiz. I didn't expect everyone to be so involved. We laughed a lot from the first day. It’s the best professional integration I’ve ever had!
How do you see the market evolving ?
The covid-19 crisis has raised awareness of the need for ultra-cleanliness. Since this awareness, I am convinced of the expansion of the market.
