Function : Quality Referent (apprentice)
Entity and place of work : Headquarters – Rueil-Malmaison (92)
Danielle Njoya joined Conformat in October 2020. Her mission is to improve the architecture of the Quality system and Conformat procedures to meet customer satisfaction and Management expectations.
What is the first thing you do when you arrive at work in the morning ?
As soon as I arrive, I go around the offices to greet my colleagues then I have breakfast with an infusion. There's nothing better to start your day.
Can you give us your definition of ultraclean ?
It is above all rigor. Ultracleanliness intervenes at each stage of the production chain of a product to make the product ultraclean. This requirement is only obtained by the addition of processes, more or less complex and strict.
What aspect do you like most about your job ?
Working in the Quality Department allows me to be in contact with each department. So there is this human side that I really like!
What would you say about Conformat to friends and family who would like to join the company ?
There is a very strong Conformat spirit. Continuous skill development is its genetic heritage. This desire to make progress is anchored in every manager, particularly in Nathalie Goffart, Quality Director, who supervises me with great kindness. It leaves great autonomy on missions.
Do you have a professional, unusual or surprising anecdote ?
Should you only choose one? There are so many that I don't know which one to suggest... so I'm going to highlight the moments of laughter, during lunch breaks. There is always someone to tell you an incredible story.
How do you see the market evolving ?
The need for ultra-clean products will continue to grow. If I speak from a Quality point of view, the need for a demanding Quality policy will be more than ever at the heart of our sector. This will be the guarantee of strict compliance with compliance and standards and, thus, guarantee customer satisfaction.
