We differentiate between two sterilisation processes, namely heat processing (steam pasteurisation, etc.) and so-called “low-temperature” processing (processing with ethylene oxide, by ionising radiation, etc.).
With particular regard to steam sterilisation, this process requires the use of various tools and equipment, in particular packaging, sterilisation baskets and a steriliser.
