MAGNETA HEAT SEALER: SIMPLE AND EFFECTIVE

Magneta sealers are easy to use and designed, which gives them robustness and optimal ergonomics. The different models allow for an adaptation to the work to be done. Indeed, one can vary the length of the seal, the type of jaw closure (manual or motorized), the seal width (3 or 5 mm), the number of seal bands, or even the material of the casing.

OPERATION

After placing the bag to be sealed between the two blades, pressing the pedal starts the sealing sequence. After the sealing process and the cooling period, the blades automatically open.

The machines can be customized according to the specifications below:

MGM motorized machines: These machines have a motor that drives the movable arm. Pressing the pedal starts the cycle. The operator no longer has to manually press the bar.
MGT and MGMT double seal machines: These models are equipped with two parallel sealing bars, and the cut is made between the two seals. A switch allows one of the two blades to be deactivated to work in the same way as the standard model.
MGMI or MGI machines with a 5 mm seal width: On these models, as well as on standard models with lengths of 820 mm and 1,020 mm, the sealing wire is mounted on spring tensioners to accommodate the expansion of the wire during heating.
MGMDS bi-active sealing machines: The upper and lower sealing bars are equipped with heating wires that allow sealing of thick films up to 2 x 0.15 mm.
Inox version machines MGMS: For aggressive environments, the machine is provided with a stainless steel casing. The machine's protection is always rated IP34.

The machine can be equipped with a number of accessories, allowing it to be used in a wide range of applications.

Work surface: For supporting the bag and items to be packed.
Unwinder: Located behind the machine, it allows for a roll of film to be placed in order to supply the machine.
Pedal support: When the machine cannot be installed on a workbench, the support can be used. It is equipped with a mechanical pedal for closing the jaw of machines without motors.
Roll support: For machines on supports, this can also be equipped with a roll holder for supplying the machine with film.
Stainless Steel: The work surface and the support can also be provided in stainless steel for use with a stainless steel casing machine.
