The ISOAIR® sterile clean room mask is the result of a collaboration between Conformat and the Medicom group, a French mask manufacturer. The dimensions, performance and sterilization method make this mask ideal for use in controlled atmosphere areas.

Made from 50% recycled materials and manufactured in France, the ISOAIR® brand is part of a committed approach to socio-ecological issues.

FEATURES OF ISOAIR® STERILE MASKS
• Mask sterilized with ethylene oxide with Sterility Assurance Level 10-6
• Compatible for use in an ISO 3 / Class A environment. The mask is tested with a Helmke drum before and after sterilization (Result: Cat I)
• Mask length of 21 cm allowing ample facial coverage and optimal fit thanks to the transverse elastic retainers
• Adapts to different aseptic dressing processes
• Double packaging
• High bacterial, viral and particle filtration efficiency (> 99%)

ETHYLENE OXIDE STERILIZATION METHOD
• Sterilization by ethylene oxide maintains filtration performance
• During sterilization with ethylene oxide, any residues remaining after sterilization are measured according to strict protocols described in standard ISO 11135. The products are aerated for 24 to 72 hours to ensure desorption of ethylene oxide residues. ethylene oxide, which guarantees non-detectability during routine checks and batch release.
• The organoleptic properties (color and odor) of the masks remain unchanged after sterilization. Ethylene oxide does not cause yellowing or unpleasant odors.
