At Conformat, we are proud to support causes that matter to us.
Conformat supports the Rueil-Malmaison association, Les P'tits Kipik, since 2023. Our commitment is not limited to financial donations; we also provide cleaning, disinfection and personal protective equipment (PPE). These contributions are essential to help the association maintain a healthy and safe environment for hedgehogs in rehabilitation.
About the association Les P'tits Kipik
Les P'tits Kipik promotes the conservation of hedgehogs, a species threatened by several factors:
- Pesticide use: Chemicals used in agriculture and gardening can be fatal to hedgehogs.
- Disappearance of natural habitats: Increasing urbanization reduces the spaces where hedgehogs can live and feed.
- Mechanization of agriculture and private gardening: Machines can injure or kill hedgehogs.
- Road traffic: Hedgehogs are often victims of road traffic, which represents a major threat to their population.
Les P'tits Kipik is committed to providing medical care, food and a safe haven for injured or orphaned hedgehogs. The association also works to raise public awareness of the dangers these animals encounter and to promote more environmentally friendly practices.
